Spacious and clean room exceeded our expectations.
My stay here was a complete nightmare. The staff during check-in were utterly unhelpful and rude, making the whole experience frustrating. I was left feeling ignored and disrespected, especially given the amount I paid for this stay. To top it off, the breakfast situation was chaotic and underwhelming. The variety was poor and I had to wait far too long just to grab a plate of food. How can a hotel like this not plan better for breakfast service?

The fully equipped kitchen in the studio was a highlight, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. Its proximity to the train station made getting around effortless. While the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast selection could use more variety. Additionally, a slight wait time during busy hours was noted.

Convenient Location and Wonderful Staff!
We enjoyed our two-night stay with easy access to numerous dining options, including delightful ramen shops just a stroll away. Thanks to the accommodating breakfast staff, I had a leisurely start to my day—a true gem for travelers! Consider arriving early for the best parking experience nearby.

great stay but breakfast needs more options
The room size exceeded my expectations, making it family-friendly and comfortable. I appreciated the modern design and quality amenities, especially the water filters that provided fresh drinking water. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and public transport.
The breakfast selection lacked variety, which was disappointing considering the overall quality of the hotel.

Perfect stay for families!
The room was spacious enough for us all, and having a kitchen was a lifesaver, allowed us to whip up some late-night snacks. Ayaka at the front desk was helpful, even helped us with our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy more of our day in the area.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but with the amenities, I’d say it was acceptable.

The location was super convenient, especially for getting to the
train station and nearby malls. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family stay. However, breakfast could be improved as it lacked variety and had long wait times.

I loved the spacious and very clean room with a convenient kitchen area, perfect for making simple meals. The hotel's proximity to Kanazawa Station made it so easy for my friends and me to explore the city comfortably.
Breakfast selection could be improved for variety.
